The Father Heart of God
We are halfway through week four. We have been learning about the Father heart of God, which is a very heavy subject. It’s not very complex, but incredibly deep. As people have been sharing they begin to weep, and then we as a class have been ministering to people as the Holy Spirit leads. We have witnessed incredible breakthrough in our classmate’s lives (praise God). The whole week has been heavy and we have been feeling physically, emotionally, and spiritually drained.
Today we witnessed a breakthrough of the Lord’s love into our lives. After lecture we had a two hour prayer/worship meeting and the Lord led me to Psalms 126, a scripture I have been sitting with for a few days (I will post the short Psalm at the bottom). I felt like we had sowed tears all week and finally we were going to reap joy. The worship kept building and building, and I had an impression that we were singing with angels. The presence of the Lord was incredibly strong. After 40 or so minutes of worship I got flooded with the joy of the Lord and it spread all over the room. It was truly incredible. People who had been broken and were sobbing all week began laughing, dancing, and worshipping the Lord with reckless abandon. Hallelujah!
We will be heading off to Curitiba, Brazil December 25th -ish, and will be heading back here mid-March. Currently there is not a lot of clarity as to the specifics of what we will be doing. We know for sure that we will be doing the following things:
1) Evangelism. 2) Working with the street kids in the favelas (slums). 3) Mobilizing prayer. We will either come beside or establish a house of prayer. In fact, the first thing we will do in Curitiba is hold a 72 hour prayer meeting. 4) We will probably wear funny make-up and do skits in the center of the city (it is YWAM!). 5) We will be doing other stuff as well. I will let you know when we know.
Thank you all for your prayers and support. This has been an exhausting week. We have got to minister to some of our classmates who have battled some very disturbing and traumatic things. On top of that the Lord has also been bringing up issues in our lives. We are exhausted, but joyful.
I also want to state that we still need to raise some more money for the outreach phase. We are amazed at how God has financed this thing and some of the random people that have supported us, as well as friends and family that have blessed us with monthly contributions, but we are still short $1,000. Please pray about whether you should support us. If you feel led to then you can send the money to my (Morgan’s) parents at :
4702 Newton St. Torrance, Ca. 90505 You can make checks out to Morgan or Lisa Keach.
Also I just wanted to share that we have seen a lot of miracles since coming here. We have seen a lot of minor healings (head aches, sprains, muscle pulls, lymphnode) which I think are a mere shadow of what He will do with us on outreach (and beyond). We have also seen miraculous financial provision. A boy in our class from Palau (a small island in the pacific) needed to raise 4,800 dollars by Friday. After lots of prayer the money (somehow) came in today… all of it! If you need healing, or are struggling with finances feel free to e-mail us: email@example.com and we would gladly pray to Jesus for your breakthrough.
Thank you so much for all of your prayers, support, thoughts, e-mails, and Facebook messages.

P.S. please pray for our relationship with Jesus, our marriage, our sanity, our trip to Curitiba and that the Lord would go before us and establish His good work there. AMEN
P.P.S We really miss you guys… and Burnout Beach.
A Song of Ascents.
1 When the LORD brought back the captivity of Zion,
We were like those who dream.
2 Then our mouth was filled with laughter,
And our tongue with singing.
Then they said among the nations,
“The LORD has done great things for them.”
3 The LORD has done great things for us,
And we are glad.
4 Bring back our captivity, O LORD,
As the streams in the South.
5 Those who sow in tears
Shall reap in joy.
6 He who continually goes forth weeping,
Bearing seed for sowing,
Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing,
Bringing his sheaves with him.
