Our Little Girl

Isaiah 55: As the rain and the snow
    come down from heaven,
and do not return to it
    without watering the earth
and making it bud and flourish,
so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,
11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth:
It will not return to me empty,
but will accomplish what I desire
and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

Hello Friends and Family,
I want to ask you for your prayers. On Friday Lisa and I went to Honolulu to for a special ultrasound. Our doctor in Kona suspected there was something wrong with our girl. In Honolulu they found three things:
1) The left side of her heart isn't as formed as they believe it should be.
2) There is excess fluid in her brain, they believe the spinal fluid isn't flowing freely.
3) They think she isn't growing as fast as she should.

They than threw out lots of different scenarios that were very troubling to us. We left the hospital feeling defeated and very heavy. We than went back to the words God had spoken to us about our girl. He told us her name two years ago, he told us the exact month when to have her, and numerous scriptures verses. We than asked Him to speak fresh words to us. Words that we can hold onto, believe for, and press into to see his will accomplished for our little girl. Since that time we have been greatly encouraged by what He has spoken to us.
We are asking that you pray with us for her. I am also asking that you seek God for us and see if he gives you a word, or promise, for our girl. If you get something please pass it on.
We will return to Honolulu in 6 weeks for another ultrasound.
Please pray:
1) For strength for Lisa and I
2) For her heart to form perfectly
3) For the fluid to flow as it should
4) For her to grow just as she should

This is a difficult time but we have great faith in what God has shared with us. We are grateful for all of the people that have been praying all over the world for her.
Also check out this youtube clip it speaks of the promises of God:

Also I want to leave you with this encouraging story.

When our ministry leaders, Brett and Karen, were pregnant with their oldest son they received troubling news. The Doctors told them that his kidneys weren't formed, that his spine was not in good shape, and that he would probably be blind. They took it to prayer, and had others pray for their baby boy. When their son was born he had NOTHING wrong with him, he was perfectly healthy. Either the ultrasound technicians and doctors made a mistake or he was miraculously healed. Today their son has a degree in astrophysics!

Genesis 18v14: Is anything too hard for the Lord?

Thank you for praying.

Year Ends and Another Begins!

Eph 3:14 For this reason I bow my knee to the Father…

Hello all,

Samuel in some shades!
What an exciting year 2012 was! We had a baby, moved a bunch of times, were provided numerous vehicles at various times, saw the Lord provide financially time and again, saw people get healed, saved, set free, and got pregnant again! What a stretching year it was for us.  Looking back in retrospect I am filled with amazement at how God brought us through so many trying times.

By far the highlight of the year was witnessing the birth of Samuel, and to watch him grow.  This has been the source of much laughter, joy, sleepless nights, and sometimes frustration. He truly is a lot of fun. He is full of smiles and very adventurous… he is a handful!

In January Lisa and I began running our first DTS! As I write, 20 students from North America and Europe are here in Kona, Hawaii learning more about God and preparing to make Him known.
Also, we have close to thirty students ministering in the Caribbean, Kirbati/Fiji, and the Amazon.

Please pray for our precious little Girl!
Come June we are expecting our second child. We just found out it is a girl! The Lord had already given us a girl's name so we weren't really surprised! What is it? Practice hearing Gods voice and ask Him what her name is. We will be heading to Honolulu this week to have a special ultrasound. The Dr. says she has some swelling in her brain and they need to make sure it isn't serious. Often times theses things just go away. Pray that this thing goes away in Jesus' name!

Thanks and God bless from the Keach family!
Please pray for us:
1)      For financial support (we are currently under-funded!)
2)      God's guidance for us
3)      For our new bunch of students
4)      Grace for our family as Lisa and I lead a school
5)      That Samuel would be able to put himself to sleep
6)      For opportunities to share the gospel
