June Update

Dear Friends and Family,
It has been a sleep deprieved few weeks since our last update! Thanks for reading our update and praying for us.
BIBLE SCHOOL: Galatians 3:10-11 " For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse... Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the law, for "the righteous shall live by faith".
Amanda, one of our students, started freaking out when she was studying this verse the other day! We are in week 10 of our inductive bible school, and we have studied books from the old and new testament. God spoke powerfully to Amanda while reading these verses in the book of Galatians. "It all make sense! I get it now". She yelled out loud in the midst of all her busy classmates. Rather than getting annoyed, they listened intently as she laid out how she never quite understood why Jesus had to come and die for us. But while reading Galatians chapter 3 verse 10-13 it all "clicked". "We can't do it on our own.  We can't live it, we need Jesus".
It is amazing to be apart of training young missionaries to study and teach the Bible!

As the school ends we are looking to send a few students on outreach to Maui . Pray that God opens doors for our students to teach people in Hawaii how to study the bible for themselves.

SHIP: For current news on our various vessels check out YWAMSHIPS.net. Lisa and I are still praying about going to Australia  to help prepare the boat for her maiden outreach in the fall. It would take quite a miracle for us to go, so pray that if it is God's will he will open the doors for us and if not, that they will close tightly.
Sammy on stage of his Preschool grad
PERSONAL: Samuel finished his first year of preschool and is now enjoying a whole host of fun summer activities: bowling, soccer, swimming, etc. Pray for us as we face the challenge of raising a very sweet, and very strong willed 3 year old!
Jack is officially two months! He is getting cuter and chubbier every day! It seems that his sleep habits are digressing! Pray that changes, Lisa desperately needs sleep :)

Pray for me, Morgan, I sprained my ankle pretty badly late last month. I haven't been super mobile, which has been lame.Lisa has had to pick up a lot of slack.  Pray that God would heal my ankle quickly.

Prayer points: For...
1) sleep and peace in our home
2) God's provision and timing for us to go to Australia
3) God to open the doors for a bible teaching outreach to Maui.
4) God to pour out his spirit on our students as they finish our inductive bible school
5) grace for Lisa as she stays home with the boys this summer

Our prayer for you is that you would have a blessed summer!

Love,
Morgan, Lisa, Samuel, Jack
